We opened the stairs and installed period casework & banister. We also added a new main floor laundry area and mudroom with a custom coat & shoe built-in for ease and accessibility.

Both bathrooms received a refresh to bring back the classic Craftsman character. We added wood paneling, traditional hex & subway tile, period fixtures, and diligently salvaged and refinished the original free-standing clawfoot tub.

Beautiful Madrona Classic Craftsman

A whole house remodel keeping the original Craftsman character and bringing it back where it had been lost.

This 1914 classic house needed some light, refreshing touches (refinished wood floors & paintwork) throughout and more significant improvements to the flow & functionality at main stairs, back entrance, and back deck.
